Marine Carpet Installation
A clean, durable finish for your jetty or pontoon
Our expert team can install matching marine grade carpet onto the deck of your pontoon to enhance the look and functionality of your pontoon. We only use the highest quality UV treated carpet and adhesives to ensure your pontoons looks great for years to come.
Two Different Mounting Systems
Sail Track System
Our fenders can be installed using two different systems - bolt on and sail track. The sail track system is perfect for pontoons and marinas with timber whalers or systems that do not have a extrusion or channel built into the pontoon.
This system works perfectly on the Bellingham Unifloat Marine System which is widely used across Australia.
We use black powder coated track and high quality 316 stainless fasteners to enhance the life of your fender.
Bolt on System
Our bolt on system utilises the existing extrusion built into the front edge of the pontoon and enables us to mount or fenders without needing to drill any holes and void manufactuer warranties.
Unlike the sail track system it is mounted only through the front fascia of the pontoon which creates a seamless finish without any screws or hardware visible.
Our bolt on system works with many of the leading pontoon manufactures such as:
Marine Structures
MDS Marine
Pacific Pontoon & Pier
The Jetty Specialist
Poralu Marine
Walcon Marine
GC Marine
Carter Marine Group
