Our fixed fenders are designed to replace traditional hanging fenders, bumpers and rollers that are typically expensive and do not work well.
Manufactured in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Sydney by our very experienced sewing machinists and installation staff, Aussie Fenders will enhance the appearance and functionality of your pontoon, jetty or marina berth.
Marina Fenders
Our Marina fenders are designed to protect your boat when entering, leaving and whilst tied up in your berth. These fenders are offered in a large round profile or a smaller D shape to accomodate different sized boats. These fenders can be easily mounted to all marina types.
Pontoon Fenders
Our pontoon fenders improve the functionality of your pontoon or jetty along with enhancing the appearance. These fenders are made in a small and medium D shape profile and can be fixed to multiple different pontoons and jetties. Like our marina fenders you will no longer need to use bumpers.
Our fenders can be installed using two different systems - bolt on and sail track. Our bolt on system works with many of the leading pontoon manufactures such as Superior Jetties, MDS Marine, Pacific Pontoons, Poralu Marine and The Jetty Specialist among others.
This bolt on system utilises the existing extrusion built into the front edge of the pontoon and enables us to mount or fenders without needing to drill any holes and void manufactuer warranties.
The sail track system is perfect for pontoons and marinas with timber whalers or systems that do not have a extrusion built into the pontoon. We use black powder coated track and high quality stainless fasteners to enhance the life of your fender.

High Density Closed Cell Foam
The core of our Aussie Fenders is made from high density polyethylene foam. Our foam is antimicrobial and fire resistant, but most importantly it will not absorb and hold water. Using state of the art equipment and countless hours of testing we have determined a number of optimum profiles to protect boats of all shapes and sizes. Based on your pontoon or marina system we can reccommend a fender system that will provide the best protection.
UV Resistant Thread
Imported from Norway and designed to last 30+ years, our nylon PTFE thread is specifically used to prevent our fenders from deteriorating in the harsh marine environment.
Premium Marine Carpet
Soft yet also durable and hardwearing, our marine carpet covers are designed to protect your boat from rub marks whilst also improving the look of your pontoon or marina berth. Our carpet is stain resistant, UV stabilisied and will not fray. We offer various different colours to acheive your desired finish.
Heavy Duty Vinyl
Our vinyl is a reinforced PVC with a high strength to weight ratio. It is UV stabilised and mildew resistant designed to create a waterproof barrier to protect our fenders from the elements.
Sail Track Tape
Our sail track tape is used to attach our fenders to your pontoon or marina berth. This industry leading tape is made of a solid PVC core wrapped in flexible material and is commonly used in applications such as banners, shade cloths and pool covers.
Custom Rubber Labels
Our rubber labels are designed to widthstand the marine environment without fading.
UV Treated Zipper and Sliders
We use black UV treated zipper and sliders to protect our fenders from damage whilst also fitting in with our minimalist design.
Marine Carpet Installation
Our highly qualified installation team can install matching marine carpet to your pontoon deck to improve the look and functionality of your pontoon.
We use industrial exterior adhesives that are both water and UV resistant to ensure that your marine carpet achieves its maximum life expectancy.
Pile Fenders
Similar to our pontoon or marina fenders these custom vertical pile fenders are perfect for protecting your boat when entering and leaving it’s berth. Mounted just above waterline these fenders ensure maximum protection for the side of your boat.
Like our regular fenders these pile fenders use closed cell foam and heavy duty marine carpet cover meaning that they will not absorb any water and they will last for many years to come.
Hanging Boat Fenders
When you need the ultimate protection when docking on public wharves or with your friends you can rely on our heavy duty hanging fenders. Like our pontoon and marina fenders these hanging fenders are filled with closed cell foam which will not absorb water over time. These fenders cannot pop or deflate over time like traditional air filled hanging fenders.
The carpet side is designed to sit against the side of your boat while the PVC vinyl side is designed to face the dock or marina surface. These fenders are 575 x 575 x 200mm and coming in at only 2.5kgs they are easy to hang and store. Webbing is sewn around the perimeter of the fender to spread out the load across the fender cover.
